To operate our order system, our internal software connects to a Google account owned by The Bicycle Crew through the Google People API. When a new customer places an order, we save that customer's name and phone number as a contact in our own Google account so that our delivery team can recognize and contact them.
- We access only our own Google account, and only for this purpose.
- We do not access, collect, or store the Google data of our customers or any other third party.
- Data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide this contact-saving feature. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not transfer it to third parties, and no humans read it other than our own staff.
- Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the [Google API Services User Data Policy](https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
## Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
- Our delivery drivers and staff, as needed to complete your delivery
- Service providers that help us run our business (for example website hosting, order management, payment processing, and email), who may only use it to provide services to us
We may also disclose information if required by law.
## Storage and security
Your information is stored on secure third-party services used to run our business, which may be located outside Canada. We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.
## How long we keep it
